How do we create a stand-alone sub brand?

AIRC.jpg

Visual identity program, website and guidelines for the AIRC a federal government judicial body. The design solution is based on incorporating the crest from the Australian Federal Government visual identity system and adapting it to create a stand-alone sub brand for the AIRC.

The secondary graphics use the brand mark as a basis for a grid which allows for a flexible manipulation of space for imagery and textures. A watermark visual quotation of wattle leaves provides a subtle link to the Australian Government crest.

And just to be clear, BrandQ creative director, Keith Smith, designed this sub brand when he was working at design agency Anthem.
